This weight loss drink will detoxify your body, will increase your metabolism, and it will also speed up the fat-burning process and you will achieve your weight loss target really fast with the help of this drink. You will need to consume this drink at night before going to bed.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 25gms of coriander leaves
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 green tea bag

Preparation:

  1. Chop coriander leaves and peel off the whole lemon.
  2. Take 300ml of water in a pan, add lemon peel, ginger, and curry leaves, coriander leaves and cinnamon powder in it and boil for 10 minutes on low flame. Cover the lid.
  3. After 10 minutes strain the water into a glass and add honey and lemon juice to it.
  4. Consume this drink daily 30 minutes before sleeping.

Coriander leaves contain vitamins A, C, K, and iron. It improves the digestive system and removes toxins from the body.

Curry leaves are an excellent fat burning agent. It melts stubborn fat, reduces cholesterol and makes you fit.

Honey controls the blood sugar and insulin level. So, your body can maximize fat burning for energy which results in reduced fat.

Lemon contains vitamin C; it increases immunity and speeds up the weight loss process.

Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties; it reduces bloating and improves the digestion of food.
