GARGLE WITH JUST ONE INGREDIENT AND SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR TEETH!

ACV is the byproduct of apple fermentation and it`s rich in essential minerals, pectin, and enzymes. In oral care, it works on 2 levels: eliminates the stains and whitens your teeth, and kills all the bacteria in your mouth which is causing bad breath.

How is ACV good for teeth whitening?

Apple Cider Vinegar acts as a potent cleansing agent with only a mild action, removes stains, kills bacteria in gums and mouth and whitens the teeth.

How to use it?

Put half a teaspoon of ACV in a cup of water, to dilute it and gargle with the solution every morning. Then brush the teeth as you usually do.

Before using the apple cider vinegar, shake the bottle because the essential compounds are at the bottom.

ACV is very acidic and can damage the teeth, so always dilute it with water.

We Also Suggest Following Whitening Methods:

BAKING SODA AND HYDROGEN PEROXIDE PASTE.

Create a thin paste by mixing one teaspoon of baking soda with hydrogen peroxide in a small dish, use a soft toothbrush to apply the paste to teeth and brush gently for 2 minutes. Rinse and brush with regular toothpaste.

HYDROGEN PEROXIDE SWISH

Brush teeth with regular toothpaste. Mix ½ cup of water with 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide, swish in your mouth for 1 minute. Brush and rinse with water to remove hydrogen peroxide. Repeat daily until you see lighter teeth.

SEA SALT AND BAKING SODA PASTE

Create a thin paste by mixing a teaspoon of baking soda with a ½ teaspoon of sea salt and a bit of water in a small dish, use a soft toothbrush to apply to teeth and gently brush for 2 minutes. Rinse and brush with regular toothpaste.

TURMERIC POWDER PASTE

Create a thin paste by mixing a teaspoon of organic turmeric powder and a bit of water in a small dish, use a soft toothbrush to apply the paste to teeth and gently brush for 2 minutes. Be careful not to spatter, it can stain!  Rinse with water then brush with regular toothpaste.
